About the Event
The first FIRA Frontier Camp, held at NKFUST just before the FIRA RoboWorld Cup 2017. General Chair: Prof. Kuo-Yang Tu.
The FIRA Frontier Camp (FFC) teaches the fundamentals of robotics through project-based learning: short lectures on theory, then hands-on work on problem solving, system development, testing and debugging. The camp is not coaching for the FIRA competitions that follow it, and it is agnostic to the participant's development environment. Instruction is in English, and students are teamed up across countries, each team supervised by a coach.
